• All three Altice entities are separate legal restricted groups, but their fates are intertwined. Not only do the bonds often trade together, but if one of the entities can’t redeem or re-finance the bonds then Patrick Drahi might have to decide which entity he supports with his own personal wealth, or which restricted group he will support with asset sales from one of the others, if one of them is struggling (as France currently is).
